After spending over a decade living abroad, I am excited to transition into a role in instructional design, learning and development or training and development. My international experiences have given me a profound understanding of diverse educational needs and cultural contexts. Working with global teams and adapting to various cultures and systems has enhanced my ability to create inclusive and effective learning solutions.
